Mysuru: The five-day international big cat summit, in which wildlife and conservation practitioners from 23 different countries participated, concluded at Nagarahole Tiger Reserve on Friday.The executive course of the summit was held at Bandipur Tiger Reserve for the first three days, and Nagarahole hosted the event for the last two days.Achievements of Karnataka forest department in biodiversity conservation and wildlife management, including globally recognised efforts in tiger and elephant conservation, were showcased during the meeting.About 38 dignitaries from Kazakhstan, Liberia, Malawi, Mali, Malaysia, Nepal, Niger, Mongolia, Panama, Peru, Romania, Sri Lanka, and Russia participated in the programme.
