New Delhi: A 13-year-old boy drowned while another is missing after the two went bathing in the Yamuna river near Sur Ghat on Tuesday afternoon.Both boys, residents of the area, had parents who work as labourers, police said.According to police, they had gone to the river around 1.30pm with four friends, all under 15. Jamshedpur: In order to curb black-marketing in the wake of the West Asia conflict, several petrol pumps in Jamshedpur have started to enforce a cap on single transaction of diesel or petrol, operators said on Tuesday.
