The exam centre premises and rooms should be clean, and officials were instructed to schedule more KSRTC buses on time to help students. A medical team should be present at all exam centres, ambulances should be ready for emergencies, and KPTCL and CESC officials should ensure an uninterrupted power supply. The contact numbers of the officials concerned should be with the exam centre heads, and parents should not be assigned duties at the same exam centres where their children write exams, the DC said. No electronic devices other than basic calculators should be used in exam centres, and caution should be exercised in this regard. A helpline should be set up for any confusion regarding exam preparations, and transport should be arranged in areas affected by wild elephants.
