Kanpur: A dilapidated house collapsed due to heavy rain in the Bengali Mohal area under the Kotwali police station limits late Monday.No casualties were reported as the occupants had vacated the building in the evening, fearing its collapse.According to eyewitnesses, the balcony of the house collapsed first, and the entire structure came crashing down sometime later.On receiving information, police reached the spot and assessed the situation.
