Times News NetworkKanpur As many as 11 trainees attended the two-day cricket umpiring and scorer workshop organized by the Kanpur Cricket Association which concluded here on Monday.Among 11 aspirants, two women scorers were Anupam Devi and Samriddhi Gupta.Ramji Tiwari, a BCCI pandel scorer apprised the trainees about scoring, linear method, a method of obtaining net run rate, batsman’s average strike rate, bowler’s average strike rate and asked them to practise scoring while witnessing a T-20 match on TV.During the workshop, KCA president SN Singh, joint secretary PS Negi and Rajesh Singh were present .
