Ahmedabad: The city, along with most parts of Gujarat, remained partly cloudy on Sunday as the impact of Western Disturbance was still felt in parts of north India. A fresh Western Disturbance will affect northwest India from April 7, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast.Sunday’s maximum temperature of 35 degrees in Ahmedabad was 3.4 degrees below normal. The minimum temperature at 22.2 degrees celsius, too, was 0.3 degrees below normal. According to IMD, Monday’s maximum temperature is likely to be around 35 degrees. No major change in temperatures has been forecast across Gujarat, but some parts could receive light showers on Tuesday.Rajkot, at 36.3 degrees, recorded the highest maximum temperature, followed by Surendranagar (35.8 degrees) and Bhuj (35.3). tnn
