Bokaro: More than 500 employees, family members and other participants joined ESL Steel Limited’s #RunForZeroHunger walkathon in Bokaro on Friday, blending fitness with a social cause.The event promoted fitness, healthy living and social responsibility. Sharma addressed participants at the start and urged them to actively contribute to community initiatives.ASP Bokaro Vedant Shankar attended. It ended at Lal Bahadur Shastri Chowk, where participants paid tribute to the former Prime Minister. Security department participants won.“Under the Vedanta Group initiative, every kilometre covered by participants will translate into a meal for a person in need. The food will be channelled through initiatives linked to Nand Ghars and animal care programmes,” said Ravish Sharma, CEO and director of ESL Steel Limited.
