Kanpur: A truck driver was critically injured after his vehicle collided with another truck near Medua village in the Araul police station area on Wednesday night, police said.The accident occurred around 10 pm on the highway. According to police, both drivers sustained injuries in the collision, but one of them fled the scene after the accident.The injured driver was rushed to the Community Health Centre (CHC) in Bilhaur for treatment.Police said efforts are underway to trace the absconding driver and further action will be taken after his arrest.
