Kanpur: The two-day Exhibition and Trade Fair-2026 for beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana, concluded on Friday. The event was been organised by the MSME-Development Office, Kanpur, under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt of India, at its office premises.The chief guest of the closing session, Balram Narula, managing director, Jet Knitwears Pvt Ltd, Kanpur, called upon the beneficiaries of the yojana to connect their products with the wider market and adopt digital transactions as part of the Digital India campaign. He said that the products of traditional artisans held immense potential, which could be taken to domestic and international markets through modern marketing and technology. Presiding over the programme, director Vishnu Kumar Verma emphasised that beneficiaries should strengthen their traditional businesses while also connecting with modern marketing systems and adopting digital payments. At the end of the programme, the beneficiaries were honoured with certificates and encouraged to perform better in the future.
