Kanpur: As many as 70 booth level officers (BLOs) were felicitated by the chief electoral officer of UP, Navdeep Rinwa, for their outstanding work in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign at Veerangana Laxmi auditorium, CSJM University, here on Friday.The chief electoral officer said that the role of BLOs and supervisors was very important in the success of an important campaign like Special Intensive Revision. He said it was due to their hard work and dedication that the campaign was being conducted effectively and the work of making the voter list more accurate and updated was progressing successfully.Five BLOs and two supervisors from each assembly constituency were also honoured.Divisional commissioner K Vijayendra Pandian, district magistrate Jitendra Pratap Singh, municipal commissioner Arpit Upadhyay, chief development officer Deeksha Jain and other officials were present at the function.
