Mom-to-be Samantha Ruth Prabhu has given fans a glimpse into her current food cravings as she prepares to welcome her first child with husband and filmmaker Raj Nidimoru. The actor revealed that her pregnancy cravings currently revolve around simple South Indian comfort food, with idli, curd rice and dosa making up her ideal daily menu.

In a post shared by Sony Vizha, Samantha was asked what she would like to eat for the rest of her life. The ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ actor chose idli for breakfast, curd rice for lunch and dosa for dinner.Samantha also acknowledged that her choices could be influenced by her pregnancy cravings and that her preferences could change later.“I think these are my pregnancy cravings speaking, so it might change,” Samantha said. She was seen wearing a blue silk suit during the interaction.Samantha and filmmaker Raj Nidimoru are expecting their first child. The couple got married on December 1, 2025, in an intimate ceremony at the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore.The actor confirmed her pregnancy during the success celebrations of her latest release, Maa Inti Bangaaram, in June. She also revealed that she planned to take a brief break from work after completing her existing commitments.
