Kanpur: A teenager, who ran away from Chhatarpur after she was scolded by her father for talking on mobile phone, was tracked down by Kanpur RPF. Her father had filed a kidnapping case in Madhya Pradesh.The upset teenager boarded a train. A report was filed and Kanpur Central’s RPF received the information after which she was safely found on the train. Kanpur Central Station RPF post in-charge Inspector SN Patidar said that on Sunday, women constables of the Meri Saheli team were on patrol. A 15-year-old girl was found sitting alone on platform number 1.She was brought to the post and questioned. It was found that she was a resident of Jujhar in Chhatarpur, MP. When Jujhar police station’s SI Vinod Singh was contacted, he informed that the girl’s father had filed a kidnapping case at the police station on March 12. On Monday, the SI came to the city along with the teenager’s father and took her back with them. tnn
