Vadodara: A 25-year-old man died by suicide after jumping from a hotel room in the city early Friday morning, police said.The deceased, identified as Hemal Dabhi, a resident of Bhavnagar, had checked into a hotel near Nyay Mandir on Thursday and was staying alone in a room on the third floor.According to police, Dabhi left behind a suicide note stating that he had taken the step on his own. In the note, he said he was mentally exhausted and did not hold anyone responsible for his death. He also apologised to his family.Police said an investigation is underway, adding that Dabhi’s parents will be questioned to determine the circumstances that may have led to the incident.Dabhi worked as an electrician and had reportedly not informed his family that he had travelled to Vadodara, police said.
