Mangaluru: A 30-year-old man from Ramanagara was found dead in an apparent suicide at a lodge in Ajjihitlu, Subrahmanya village, on Thursday evening.The deceased is Madhu S., a resident of Uchamanadoddi in Ramanagara. According to the complaint filed by the lodge’s lessee, Jagadeesh Padpu, Madhu had checked into the lodge on Wednesday afternoon.The incident came to light on Thursday evening, when staff went to the room and asked the occupant to open the door. When there was no response, they looked through the window and discovered that Madhu S had allegedly ended his life.Subrahmanya police have registered a case under Section 194(3)(4) of the BNSS.
