Prayagraj: A 50-year-old man, Suresh, was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a field at Chapro village under the limits of Koraon police station on Sunday morning.Upon being alerted, senior police officials arrived at the spot and carried out investigations. Body was sent for postmortem to ascertain the exact cause of death.Police said that deceased, a labourer, lived with his wife in the village while his two sons work in Mumbai. He left his house on Saturday evening and didn’t return. On Sunday, some locals spotted his body lying in a field and informed the police.The labourer’s wife alleged that a group of people had thrashed him three days back and snatched his mobile.
