Prayagraj: In a high-voltage drama, a 20-year-old woman climbed a BSNL tower in Pratapgarh’s Malaqa Rajjakpur village on Tuesday morning after being rebuked by her friend’s mother.According to police, the woman took the step after her friend’s mother objected to their relationship and reprimanded her.She was later detained by police for allegedly obstructing a public servant on duty.The incident led to an hourlong drama after the woman, a resident of Narsinghpur village, scaled the tower around 10:28 am under the Hathigaon police station limits. A large crowd gathered as police and locals tried to persuade her to come down. She was eventually brought down safely by the police team.
