Other members supported action, and the meeting decided to verify the licence of the scrap shop and remove materials kept on the roadside.Staff shortage causes inconvenience Members also expressed dissatisfaction over poor file management in the municipal office, saying they had to search from desk to desk to locate files. The commissioner said despite severe staff shortage the officials are working effectively. Council secretary Tahir became emotional while responding to criticism and said employees were working even on holidays and under difficult conditions, but their efforts were not being recognised. Speaking on behalf of the staff, he said there was no value for those who worked sincerely.
