Mysuru: A National Moot Court competition was organised at Vidyavardhaka Law College of the city recently. Retired professor of law, National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, MK Ramesh inaugurated the event. In his speech, he advised students to develop the attitude that competition will help them to learn new things.Students from a total of 19 law colleges from various states, including Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Karnataka, participated in this competition.On this occasion, the honourable secretary of Vidyavardhaka Sangha, engineer P Vishwanath, said that the moot court competition insists on healthy competition and intellectual respect in students, and also helps future lawyers to showcase their skills.Vidyavardhaka Sangha president Gundappa Gowda presided over the event.
