T’puram: Distribution of delegate passes for 18th International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala (IDSFFK) will begin on Wednesday.Tourism and culture minister P C Vishnunadh will inaugurate the distribution at Kairali Portico at 11.30am. Actor Shyam Mohan will receive the first delegate pass, while actor Parvathy R Krishna will receive the delegate kit.Cultural affairs department director Inbasekar K will preside over the function. Kerala State Chalachitra Academy secretary in-charge Sajith C C will deliver the welcome address, while Chalachithra Academy deputy director N P Sajeesh will propose the vote of thanks.Organised by Kerala State Chalachitra Academy, the festival will be held in the city from Sept 25 to 30 at Kairali, Sree and Nila theatres.Delegates can register online through the festival registration portal. Offline registration will also be available at the delegate cell set up at Kairali Theatre.The delegate fee, inclusive of GST, is Rs 590 for the general category and Rs 354 for students.
