Nagpur: On Sunday, renowned film actress Hema Malini captivated the audience with her classical dance performance from the dance drama Draupadi, receiving an overwhelming response from tribal art lovers and cultural enthusiasts alike.A unique confluence of tribal traditions, folk art and cultural heritage is being witnessed at Parseoni during the ‘Kunwara Bhimsen Adivasi Folk Art and Cultural Presentation’. The three-day festival is offering a rare opportunity to experience the richness of tribal culture. As part of concluding celebrations on Monday, a live concert by celebrated singer and Padma Shri awardee Kailash Kher will be held at Parseoni ground. Minister of state Ashish Jaiswal appealed citizens to attend in large numbers and be part of this vibrant cultural celebration. “Tribal art, culture and traditions form an integral part of Maharashtras. Through this programme, we are celebrating that rich heritage. I urge people of Nagpur to witness this festival and strengthen connection with our culture,” said Jaiswal.
