Panaji: Govt on Wednesday transferred and posted 13 senior scale officers. Arvind Bugde, joint secretary (law), was appointed secretary, lokayukta, while Dipak Desai, director of social welfare, was posted as director of civil aviation.Deepak Bandekar, director of information and publicity, was shifted as director of social welfare and given additional charge as managing director of Goa State Minorities and Development Corporation. He is replaced by Abhir Hede, additional director of mines–I.Ajit Panchwadakar, who was awaiting posting, was appointed director of new and renewable energy, while Gaurish Shankhwalkar became managing director of Goa Energy Development Agency. Vishant Naik Gaunekar was posted as additional director–I at the mines directorate.Sohan Uskaikar was appointed additional commissioner of excise with additional charge of GIDC general manager. Gaurish Pilgaonkar became additional commissioner of state tax with additional charge of GHRSSIDC managing director.Darshani Dessai was appointed director (administration), IPHB. Joao Fernandes, Fiona Cardozo and Manuel Barreto were also transferred.All officers were directed to join immediately and submit compliance.
