Jaipur: The fifth edition of Kisan Golf Cup got underway at the Rambagh Golf Club here on Saturday.Media in-charge Dr Devendra Kumar said that on the first day of the competition, 124 golfers participated which included all handicap categories including veterans, women, girls and professional golfers.The remaining matches of the two-day tourney will be played on Sunday from 7 am in which the rest of the 130 golfers will compete for the top honours.The prize distribution ceremony of the tournament will be held on March 15 at 1 pm in which the chief guest will be urban housing and development minister Jhabar Singh Kharra and the special guest will be former sports minister and Olympian Krishna Poonia.
