Ingredients
- 1 large avocado (about 14 grams of fibre)
- ½ cup cannellini beans (about 9 grams of fibre)
- 1 slice sourdough toast (about 2 grams of fibre)
Method
- Drain and rinse the cannellini beans thoroughly to remove the excess liquid.
