Ahmedabad: A driver on hire attached to the Nikol police station’s She Team was allegedly crashed into a road divider while driving an official vehicle and was later found intoxicated. The driver has been identified as Rakesh Patil. Surveillance squad personnel Hitendrakumar Rameshdan registered a case under the Prohibition Act and the Motor Vehicles Act at Nikol police station. The manner in which the govt vehicle was mishandled established clear misconduct, the complaint stated. tnn
