New Delhi: Special Cell of Delhi Police has apprehended a man from Bhubaneswar allegedly involved in anti-national activities.The suspect has been identified as Shaik Imran. Sources said police had been tracking his activities and found that he was allegedly spreading anti-India propaganda on various social media platforms. He is also suspected of being in contact with extremist elements in Pakistan.Acting on his presence in Bhubaneswar, a raid was conducted and he was apprehended. Sources further said he was an active member of a radical group.“Through his social media accounts, he reportedly came in contact with a closed extremist group where radical content along religious lines was circulated,” police said.
