Prayagraj: In a first-of-its-kind initiative, Prayagraj is set to host a three-day exhibition highlighting the future capabilities of India’s armed forces. The event, titled “North Tech Mela,” will be held from May 4-6 in the Cantonment area, where advanced and innovative military equipment will be displayed and demonstrated.According to defence sources, the event is being jointly organised by the Northern and Central Commands of the Indian Army under the theme “Raksha Triveni Sangam.” The exhibition will bring together private sector defence companies, including a large number of startups, which will showcase cutting-edge military technologies expected to be used in the future.Sources said that over 80 types of military equipment will be exhibited, based on requirements shared by the Army with the domestic defence industry.
