Ranchi: CID on Saturday arrested Suresh Rai, a key accused in the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination (JSSC-CGL) irregularities case. The accused is a native of Dugdha in Bokaro district. Sources said Suresh and his son Umesh were part of a syndicate involved in arranging access to the question paper and answers for candidates.. CID had arrested Umesh on Aug 28 and sent him to judicial custody.
