Kanpur: As many as 16 out of 227 cases were resolved on the spot during the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas held at Ghatampur tehsil under the chairmanship of district magistrate Jitendra Pratap Singh on Saturday.During the Tehsil Diwas 46 disability certificates were also issued at a special camp organized for persons with disabilities.
