Nagpur: Congress has kick-started its organisational overhaul in Nagpur under the nationwide Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan, with senior leader Arun Yadav arriving as central observer to oversee the selection of a new city president after nearly 12 years.Addressing the media, Yadav said the campaign aims to strengthen District Congress Committees (DCCs) by reforming leadership selection and improving accountability at the grassroots. “The vision is to build a strong organisation that enhances the party’s public image and performance,” he said, adding that extensive consultations will be held with party workers, elected representatives, and senior leaders before finalising a name.
