Ahmedabad: Nearly six months after a worker died after falling from the third floor of a building under construction, Bodakdev police registered a complaint of causing death by negligence against the builder, engineer and contractors associated with the project.The complaint was filed on Saturday by Govind Ninama, the younger brother of the deceased labourer, Anil Ninama. According to Govind, on the evening of Sep 30, 2025, while doing waterproofing work on a ledge, Anil’s foot slipped and he fell to the ground floor, suffering serious head injuries. After speaking with co-workers, the family alleged lack of safety measures at the site led to the incident. TNN
