Varanasi division of North Eastern Railway organised an event on Monday to celebrate International Women’s Day. The event was held at the Indraprastha Community Hall in New Loco Colony, Lahartara, under the chairmanship of divisional railway manager Ashish Jain. The DRM honoured all 28 women employees working in Varanasi Division for their outstanding work with certificates of commendation.The programme was inaugurated by Divisional Women’s Welfare Organisation president Vani Jain and the members of the executive committee.
