Kanpur: Body of an unidentified 30-year-old woman was found in a mango orchard in Shyam Nagar village under the Kaimganj police station area of Farrukhabad district on Friday morning, police said.Women passing by in the morning spotted the body. They informed the village, the villagers then notified the police.Upon receiving information, SHO Madan Mohan Chaturvedi and qasba outpost in-charge Balveer Singh reached the spot with the police force and covered the body with yellow tape. A large crowd gathered at the spot, but identification could not be established.The woman was wearing a red top, blue printed pyjamas, and a red sweater.The SHO said that efforts to ascertain her identity were underway. “Her photos have been shared on social media for identification,” the SHO said further, and added, “Further action will be taken after identification.”
