Lucknow, UP: Sushi Ghule, SSP STF says, “Noida unit of UP STF has arrested a person, Harshvardhan Jain, running an illegal embassy in Ghaziabad yesterday. A lot of material has been recovered from him. He was running an illegal embassy in a rented house in Kavinagar, and he used to talk to people by calling himself the Ambassador of West Arctica, Saborga, Poulvia, Lodonia and many other countries. Some vehicles have also been recovered from him, in which he has installed diplomatic number plates. To influence people, to cheat them, to do brokerage for them, he also used many morphed photographs, in which he had also made morphed photos of himself with many dignitaries. Apart from this, he used to cheat them and run a hawala racket through some shell companies. The accused was arrested once in 2011 as well. At that time, a satellite phone was recovered from him, and a case was also registered against him in Kavinagar police station. Four vehicles were recovered from him, on which number plates with diplomatic numbers were installed… A case has been registered in Ghaziabad against him for carrying out this illegal act and for keeping and making so many fake documents, and further action will be taken against him by Ghaziabad Police.”
