Kanpur: Anuj Sharma‘s fine performance with bat and ball (38 runs and 3 wickets) powered Goldi XI to drub JK Max XI by 25 runs in the final and win the second Rama Mishra Memorial UP Challenger Trophy at TSH Ground on Sunday.Goldi XI posted a total of 9 for 165 in 20 overs. Anuj Sharma, Rahul Kapoor and Shadab were the main scorers and they contributed 38, 32 and 30 runs, respectively. For JK Max, Jimmy Chak and Sharif bagged 4 and 2 wickets, respectively. In reply, JK Max could collect 140 runs in 17.4 overs. Mohd Saif was the highest scorer with 50 runs. Jai Valicha also hit 32 runs. Harit Kumar and Anuj Sharma both scalped 3 wickets each. Mohd Saif Ahsan was declared Man of the Match, Anuj Sharma of Goldi XI was adjudged Player of the Match and Amitabh Gupta of Jackson Communs was presented a cash prize of Rs 11,000.
