Chennai: During a vehicle check, election flying squad caught two men, Paritham and Prasad, both of Bihar, who booked a cab through an online app and used it to smuggle 23kg of ganja near Sriperumbudur on Wednesday night. The officials found two locked suitcases in the back of the car. Paritham and Prasad claimed they did not have the keys. Suspicious, the officials broke open the locks and found the ganja hidden inside. They seized the ganja and the car. Police filed a case and arrested the two men.tnn
