Thiruvananthapuram: Two people were injured after a pickup vehicle of Kerala Road Fund Board (KRFB) met with an accident at Anakode bund road late on Wednesday night.The vehicle was travelling from Veeranakavu to Kattakada when the mishap occurred. According to reports, the driver lost control of the vehicle while passing through the narrow bund road, crashed into safety barriers installed along the roadside, rammed an electric post and overturned. Hearing a loud noise, residents rushed to the spot and rescued the two people trapped inside the vehicle. They were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital.
