Vadodara: Two men died in a lake at Alamgadh village in Waghodia taluka on Sunday afternoon, when four friends entered the lake for a dip. All four went into deep waters, but only two of them managed to swim out. Villages called fire brigade personnel, who rushed to the spot and launched a search. The two men who drowned were identified as Amit Tadvi and Shailesh Solanki, both residents of Waghodia. Firemen haven’t yet been able to trace their bodies yet due to the presence of a lot of sludge in the lake. Jarod police were informed about the deaths.
