Jaisalmer: Three workers died at a textile factory in Balotra Friday after being exposed to toxic gas while descending into a sludge tank they were supposed to clean. A fourth worker from the group was rescued from the site with injuries, reports Vimal Bhatia.Officials said the incident occurred at Lalji Wala Mills inside Balotra Industrial Area when the four workers lost consciousness after inhaling toxic gas that had built up inside the sludge tank. When there was no response from the group for a long time, coworkers pulled them out of the tank and rushed them to the Nahta Govt hospital.
