Teressa Foglia is looking for an exceptional relationship builder to become the face of our Malibu flagship.
This is not a traditional retail position.
You’ll work directly with founder Teressa Foglia and artist Ty Hays, helping build two growing luxury brands rooted in craftsmanship, art, travel, hospitality, and meaningful client relationships.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves people, has a passion for luxury sales and hospitality, and wants to be part of building something special.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences in our Malibu showroom
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients and collectors
• Guide clients through bespoke hat consultations and ready-to-wear purchases
• Follow up with clients and cultivate repeat business
• Support private appointments, events, trunk shows, and brand activations
• Help maintain the showroom and ensure every client experience feels elevated
• Assist with fine art sales and collector relationships for artist Ty Hays
• Contribute ideas that improve the client experience and grow sales
• Represent the brand with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm

• Has experience in luxury retail, hospitality, galleries, clienteling, or high-end sales
• Is naturally warm, polished, and confident
• Thrives in a small, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

• Enjoys wearing many hats and jumping in wherever needed
• Appreciates craftsmanship, design, art, fashion, and beautiful experiences
• Wants to help build a business—not just work a retail job
Bonus Experience
