Syngene International Ltd on Tuesday said its General Counsel and Executive Committee member, Surender Sharma, will leave the company by mutual consent, effective from the close of business hours on July 15, 2026, as he pursues other career opportunities.
“Surender Sharma, General Counsel and a member of the Executive Committee (Senior Management Personnel) will be leaving the Company by mutual consent with effect from close of business hours on July 15, 2026,” said Syngene said in its exchange filing.
Sharma, who served as General Counsel and was part of the company’s Executive Committee, will cease to be senior management personnel from July 15. The company said the separation was by mutual consent and attributed the move to his decision to pursue other career opportunities.
The company disclosed the senior management change in a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.
