New Delhi: Two vehicles were allegedly set on fire by two men in West Delhi’s Tagore Garden area last week. CCTV footage of the alleged incident of arson surfaced on social media on Sunday.According to the police, a PCR call about the burning of two vehicles was received on May 6 at the Rajouri Garden police station. Cops rushed to the spot to find that two cars — an SUV and a hatchback — had been set ablaze. A case was registered.“CCTV footage analysis revealed that two unidentified boys arrived on a scooty, poured an inflammable substance on the complainant’s vehicle, set it on fire, and fled from the spot,” said DCP (west) Darade Sharad Bhaskar, adding that both had covered their faces, and the registration number of the scooty could not be clearly identified.Efforts are underway to trace and apprehend the accused.
