Jalandhar: Sukhbir Singh Badal on Friday accused AAP leaders of making false claims about their work in Punjab during the ongoing Gujarat poll campaign.Addressing a rally at Chabbewal in Hoshiarpur, he said chief minister Bhagwant Mann falsely claimed the state had mandis after every four villages, while Arvind Kejriwal misled people by saying the govt was providing a Rs 1,000 allowance to women.Alleging large-scale corruption by the ruling party in Punjab, he claimed, “The AAP is organising political rallies at govt expense and spending crores of rupees on tents, chairs, and catering. Of the crores of rupees being given to the Delhi party for each rally, half of the money is taken back as commission.”The rally was organised by Harminder Singh Sandhu, who was inducted from AAP into the SAD and was made constituency in-charge by Sukhbir. AAP responsible for sacrileges: SGPC prez Addressing the rally, SGPC president Harjinder Singh Dhami claimed that former Punjab and Haryana high court judge Justice Jora Singh, who was assigned the task of investigating the incidents of sacrilege, revealed that Arvind Kejriwal was behind the incidents of sacrilege in the state.
