Snapchat India and creator intelligence platform Qoruz announced a partnership on Tuesday aimed at helping brands in India discover and evaluate creators on Snapchat using data-driven insights, moving beyond follower counts as the primary metric for campaign decisions.
Through the tie-up, Qoruz has integrated Snapchat’s Public Profile APIs into its platform, adding Snapchat to its existing roster of social media integrations. Brands can now search and assess Snapchat creators alongside those from other platforms already tracked by Qoruz, enabling cross-platform comparisons when selecting creator partners for campaigns.
The partnership addresses a growing demand among Indian brands for deeper audience intelligence, including who a creator’s followers are, not just how many, as creator marketing budgets in India continue to rise.
Praanesh Bhuvaneswar, Co-Founder and CEO of Qoruz, said brands have long shifted focus from reach to relevance, and that Snapchat’s expanding creator base in India made the integration a logical move. Saibal Das Mahapatra, who leads Ecosystem Partnerships for Snapchat in India, said the collaboration would make it easier for brands to identify creators whose audiences align with their campaign objectives.
Snapchat has positioned itself as a platform where creators engage younger audiences in formats that feel less promotional, an attribute the company argues makes creator-led content on the platform more effective for advertisers looking to build authentic ad assets.
The announcement comes as India’s creator economy matures and brands face increasing pressure to justify creator spending with measurable audience fit rather than surface-level metrics. Qoruz’s integration with Snapchat’s Public Profile APIs is a direct response to that shift, offering brands structured data to inform creator selection on a platform that has seen rapid growth in its Indian creator community.
