GEHealthCare South Asia has added Kishore Shetty as general counsel. Before this, Shetty was the general counsel at Schneider Electric.
As Schneider Electric’s GC, Shetty headed the legal team for Greater India Zone, overseeing EPC contracts, product contracts, and mergers & acquisitions. He managed corporate secretarial duties, risk assessment, employment matters, and code of conduct for the region.
With over 25 years of experience, Shetty has handled international EPC contracts, contract management, disputes, training and integrity compliance functions. He also holds expertise in handling legal matters relating to business, property, dispute resolution and consumer law.
