Salem: The Salem corporation has installed stalls across the city to provide drinking water and oral rehydration solution (ORS) to the public to fight the summer heat and dehydration.Water stalls are set up on Five Roads; Paul Market in Suramangalam zone; in front of Sundar Lodge; near the zonal office in Hastampatty zone; near the Ammapet Roundabout; near police Station in Ammapet zone; and at Seelanayakkanpatty Roundabout and Prabath Bus Stop in Kondalampatty zone. Corporation commissioner said Dr M Elangovan said the water stalls will function until the end of the summer season.
