Kanpur: The administration intensified monitoring to resolve complaints related to LPG gas supply in the district. A total of 252 complaints were received on Thursday, of which 92 were resolved. Consumers whose bookings were registered were provided cylinders through home delivery on a priority basis. The district supply officer Rakesh Kumar clarified that domestic gas supply was smooth and appealed to consumers to avoid panic booking.He said that Galla Mandi resident Ram Janaki’s booking was dated March 6 but had not received the cylinder. On registering a complaint cylinder was made available at her home through home delivery.Similarly, Babu Purwa resident Aafreen had booked LPG cylinder on March 5 but did not receive it. Cylinder was made available to her through home delivery. Many such cases were resolved . Meanwhile, the administrative officers inspected various gas agencies, reviewed the cylinder supply system, and issued directives to ensure timely distribution. The supply officer said that consumers can contact on landline number 0512-2988763 and WhatsApp number 6394616122 for resolution of LPG gas-related problems.
