Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, Axis Capital and IIFL Capital Services acted as book running lead managers to the offer.
Trilegal advised selling shareholders including Accel India IV (Mauritius) Limited, Edelweiss Discovery Fund – Series I, Chiratae Trust, IDG Ventures India Fund III LLC, ValueQuest S.C.A.L.E Fund, Madison India Opportunities V VCC, GMO Payment Gateway Inc, GMO GFF Limited Partnership and eight other selling shareholders.
The IPO comprised 31,080,978 equity shares aggregating to INR 1,255.57 crore, including a fresh issue of 3,715,449 equity shares aggregating to INR 150 crore and an offer for sale of 27,365,529 equity shares aggregating to INR 1,105.57 crore.
CAM also represented promoter selling shareholder Geetansh Bamania and promoter group selling shareholder Gaurav Bamania in the offer for sale.
Rentomojo operates a technology-driven, full-stack D2C and is the largest online rental and subscription platform for furniture and appliances in India based on live subscribers as of March 31, 2025, and September 30, 2025, and amongst leading home furniture and appliance rental platforms in India, as per subscription revenue during Fiscal 2025.
