NEW DELHI: A coffee cup catching the afternoon light, a familiar face, an old building or an overlooked street corner — interesting photographs can be found almost anywhere if one knows how to look.Renowned photographer Jassi Oberai will explore this art of seeing the extraordinary in the ordinary at an interactive workshop under the latest edition of D-Stress series, brought to you by The Times of India, in association with Starbucks. The session will focus on how observation, patience, perspective and curiosity can help people find interesting frames in everyday life.Oberai will briefly share his journey as a photographer before guiding participants through a hands-on work-shop on observing and capturing familiar surroundings differently. The conversat-ion will also look at why creating a good photograph is often less about the equipment and more about the person behind the camera. The session will be held on Sept 19 from 12pm onwards at Starbucks Reserve, Connaught Place.
