Ahmedabad: The admissions committee in Gujarat has initiated registrations for admissions to Master of Engineering (ME) and Master of Technology (MTech) courses under Centre of Excellence (CoE) institutions. Registrations for 25% of the total seats filled through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores started on Monday, March 30, and will run till April 9.The state govt has granted CoE status to six universities, where a portion of postgraduate engineering seats is managed centrally. Students who have completed their BE or BTech in 2026, or those currently in the final semester and appearing for the upcoming exams, can apply, provided they have appeared for GATE. tnn
