Nagpur: Maharashtra State Minority Commission chairman Pyare Jiya Khan contributed Rs25 lakh to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund on Sunday and pledged to distribute bicycles to 1,000 schoolgirls.Khan handed over the cheque to CM Devendra Fadnavis while extending birthday greetings to him. He said the CM office had appealed to people across the state to channel funds usually spent on birthday hoardings, banners and advertisements towards public welfare initiatives.
